Learned counsel for the petitioners states that writ petitions have been rendered infructous for the reason the grievance was to the Caste Scrutiny Committees not appraising the reference made concerning validation of the caste certificates relied upon by the petitioners, resulting in petitioners' not being able to obtain admission in technical courses.
