After arguing the application for some time, learned counsel appearing for the applicants, seeks permission to withdraw the application.

Permission granted. The application stands disposed of as withdrawn.

However, the learned counsel informed that though the charge-sheet is fled against the other co-accused and though the C.R. is registered with Talegaon MIDC Police Station on 28/02/2021, the applicants are shown as 'not arrested'. Learned counsel states that, the applicants shall surrender themselves before the Talegaon MIDC Police Station on M.M.Salgaonkar

2/2 2 ABA-1876-21.doc 16/08/2021 on or before 12 noon. Upon such solemn statement being made, time is granted to the applicants to surrender with a direction to the Investigating Offcer that if the applicants do not abide by the said undertaking, they shall be arrested forthwith.
