Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Appellant. Perused the report received from the District & Sessions Judge, Palghar. The report reveals that the Appellant herein, who was in Nashik Road Central Prison as a convict, has expired on 30th December 2012. In view of this, appeal stands abated and therefore, the same is dismissed.
