P.C.:- 1) Mr. Patil, learned APP submitted that, the investigation of the present crime is already completed however due to the Order dated 25th February, 2021 the charge-sheet could not be submitted till date. 2) In view thereof, we direct the Investigating Agency to submit charge-sheet before the Court of competent jurisdiction within a period of two weeks from today.

3) As the police are submitting the charge-sheet in the present crime, the Applicant is having alternate remedy of filing an Application for discharge, before the trial Court.

4) By reserving the said alternate remedy, Application is disposed off.
