This application is for re-issuing notice to respondent nos.3, 4 and 5 in Misc. Civil Application No.110 of 2013.

Party in person submits that these three respondents are staying at the same address but are avoiding the notice.

Considering the submissions made by the Applicant party in person and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for following order:

a) Office is directed to issue fresh notice to respondent nos.3, 4 and 5 in Misc. Civil Mohite 1/2

b) In addition to usual mode of service, Applicant is permitted to serve Respondent nos.3, 4 and 5 in Misc. Civil Application No.110 of 2013 by private notice either by registered post A.D. and/or by hand delivery and file Affidavit of Service to that effect.

c) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
