The petitioner and its Advocate are absent. On a writ petition which is filed in this Court way back on 23-7-2010, listed on 49 previous occasions, we do not find any attempt being made and seriously to argue it. The matter was kept pending till the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Now, even that is made available.

Once there was no impediment in proceeding with the matter, then the petitioner and their Advocate should have taken the requisite steps.

We do not find them to be present or taking such steps. We have been repeatedly noticing the absence of the petitioner's Advocate.

In the above circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. There will be no order as to costs.

Ad-interim/interim order, if any, to stand vacated forthwith.
