The learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Ichalkaranji by the impugned order stayed money decree in exercise of power under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. 2.

On perusal of the reasons, in my opinion, exercise of power by the Trial Court need not be interfered with. However, period to deposit the amount is extended by four weeks from today. 3.

With this clarification, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
