Director of Education, Kolhapur Region, Kolhapur, to consider and decide the petitioner's proposal dated 30.11.2015, copy of which is annexed at Exh.A page 11 to the petition, for opening of his self financed English Medium Primary and Higher Primary School at Village Sawarwadi, pps
