DATED : 4th JULY, 2022 P.C:- The applicant face accusations in CR No. 856 of 2021 invoking section 328,188, 273 of the IPC and section 26(2), 26(4), 30(2) (a) of Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 at Navghar Police Station Thane.
The applicant is apprehending his arrest in the said CR. The learned APP on instruction of investigating officer make a specific statement that considering the accusations faced by the applicant his custodial interrogation is not necessary. ORDER
(a) In the event of arrest, the Applicant Rajesh J Choudhary shall be released on bail in C.R. No. 856 of 2021 registered with Navghar Police Station, District Thane on executing P.R. bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- each and furnishing one or two sureties of the like amount.
(b) The Applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case and shall not tamper with prosecution evidence.
(c) The Applicant shall report to the police station as and when directed by the Investigating Officer. The application is disposed off in the aforesaid terms. ( SMT. BHARATI DANGRE, J.) Ashish Mhaske
