This is an application under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure. The applicant herein is apprehending her arrest in Crime No.347 of 2017, registered at Shivaji Nagar Police Station, Pune for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420, 411, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears that the applicant has approached the Court of Special Judge (MPID), Pune. No orders were passed on the

Learned Special Public Prosecutor submits that the main application is scheduled to be heard on 21st June, 2018. The learned Special Judge is directed to hear the matter on 21st June, 2018 and preferably dispose it of on the same day.
