The Petitioner is present in the Court. Since this Court is not inclined to show indulgence, on instructions from the Petitioner who is present in the Court, learned counsel for the Petitioner made a prayer for withdrawal of the Petition. 2.

The Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

The contentions of learned counsel for the Petitioner are, because of the pendency of the prosecution against the Petitioner though he is qualified as engineer, he is not getting employment. According to learned counsel for the Petitioner let the hearing of the trial be expedited.
