When a query is made to the applicant appearing in person as to what is the relationship between the applicant with Shri Mukesh Popatlal Gada as well as with Shri Mahendra V. Kawchale, he states that he has no relationship with both the persons and he has appointed them as his Constituted Attorneys to argue the writ petition merely because they are known to him. He states that he cannot afford the services of an Advocate.

Kawchale to represent the applicant and argue the writ petition filed by the applicant. Hence, the Application is rejected. We grant time to the applicant either to engage an Advocate or to make an application for grant of legal aid. To enable the applicant to take appropriate steps, we adjourn this writ petition till 22nd February 2016.
