This interim application is taken out, seeking withdrawal of the amount of Rs.50,000/- deposited by the Petitioner-Husband in furtherance of the direction issued on 11th February, 2020. This amount was directed to be deposited towards arrears of maintenance to show the bonafides.

Mr. Avhad, learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the issue regarding earning of the wife and entitlement of the maintenance amount is pending in the writ petition, as according to him she is earning more than Rs.1 lakh p.a. Tikam

This of-course is the matter of consideration. However, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties, the Applicant (wife) is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.50,000/- deposited in the Court. Further the same is subject to the outcome of the writ petition.
