The learned APP on instructions of PSI A.O. More, Sarkarwada Police Station, Nashik City, at the outset makes a statement that the impugned notice dated 15/02/2017 issued by the Police Sub Inspector, Sarkarwada Police Station, to the petitioner u/s 91 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, shall be withdrawn in context to the decision of Apex Court in State of Gujarat vs. Shyamlal Mohanlal Choksi, (1965) 2 SCR 457. The statement is accepted.
