The learned counsel for the applicant fairly submits that his applications seeking pre-arrest bail are pending before the Sessions Court without there being any orders. According to the learned counsel, the matters are adjourned from time to time without there being a good ground and the prayers in the application would become infructuous. However, he seeks liberty to withdraw the application. Liberty as prayed for is granted in the interest of justice.

The learned Sessions Judge is hereby directed to decide the Bail Applications Nos. 1356 of 2015 and 1432 of 2015 in C.R. Nos. 226 and 222 of 2015 on the scheduled date i.e. 13.7.2015. The learned Sessions Judge shall not be influenced by the withdrawal of the present application
