Learned A.P.P. on instructions from the Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison submitted that, the Petitioner has been released from jail on bail on 28th October 2021 in C.R. No.157 of 2018 registered with Ozar Police Station, District Nashik (Sessions Case No.57 of 2019). He on instructions further submitted that, when on bail in the said case, the Petitioner is involved in two more crimes bearing, C.R. No. 81 of 2022 registered with Vadner Bhairav Police Station, under Section 302 of Indian Penal Code and C.R. No. 87 of 2022 registered with Chandwad Police Station, under Sections 302 and 201 of Indian Penal Code. That, the petitioner has now been lodged in the said jail from 13th June 2022 in the said two crimes.

In view of the above, as far as the grievance of the petitioner, with respect to C.R. Nos. 157 of 2018 (Sessions Case No.57 of 2019) is concerned, does not survive.

Petition is accordingly disposed off.
