Mrs. Shinde, learned APP, on instructions from Superintendent of Nashik Road Central Prison submitted that, in pursuance of Order dated 24th February 2022 passed by the Additional Director General of Police and Inspector General of Prison, Petitioner has been transferred to Nashik Road Open Prison.

The Petitioner was granted Covid-19 pandemic parole leave on certain conditions. That, the Petitioner could not comply with the said conditions and therefore was not released on parole by the Jail Authority. 3.

As the Petitioner has now been transferred to Nashik Road Open Prison, he may file appropriate application for parole/furlough, as may be permissible under the Rules. If such an application is filed, the 1/2
