1] The applicants and respondent No.2 together are requesting for quashing of FIR which is under section 498-A, 406, 323,504, 506 r/w. 34 of IPC.

2] They are identifed by their respective advocates. Respondent No.2 has tendered separate afdavit giving no objection.

8-cri-apl-682-19.doc 3] The husband of respondent No.2 has expired on 8th December 2017. As per consent terms, she is entitled to take back '62' Fixed Deposit Receipts, which are presently in the custody of Kurar Police Station. Similarly, about 4 Acres of land at village Jamkhed, Dist. Ahmednagar has also been given to respondent No.2 and her minor son.

4] In view of these developments, we accept joint request and make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause "(b)" and dispose of the petition.

5] In view of settlement between the parties, amount of Rs.1,01,000/- (Rs. One Lakh One Thousand) in deposit with the Registry of this Court is permitted to be withdrawn by applicant No.3.
