By this civil application, the applicant seeks amendment of the writ petition and to bring the legal heirs of the deceased sole petitioner, who dies on 28th March,2017. The civil application is filed within the time prescribed.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, the civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). The amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. 3.

The amended copy of the writ petition shall be served upon the respondent's advocate simultaneously. There shall be no order as to costs.
