Through this Petition, the petitioner has alleged that inspite of there being an order dated 08/06/2016 in Writ Petition No. 6097 of 2016, respondents - Thane Municipal Corporation has not taken any decision on the petitioner's complaint. Learned Counsel for the Thane Municipal Corporation submits that the petitioner's grievance shall be looked into by the Designated Officer of the 1/2

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of this Petition by directing the petitioner to submit a fresh detailed representation with supporting documents before the Designated Officer of the Thane Municipal Corporation. On receipt of the same, the said Authority shall look into the said complaint and take appropriate decision on it in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible but not later than 2 months from the date of receipt of the fresh representation.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed off.
