No.32 of 2018 registered with Varsova Police Station, District Mumbai, police have submitted charge-sheet in the Court of learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 44th Court Andheri, Mumbai.

2) In view thereof, learned Advocate for the Applicant on instructions seeks leave to withdraw present Application with liberty to file an Application for discharge as contemplated under the provisions of Cr.P.C., before the trial Court, if charge is not framed till date. Leave and liberty granted.
