33-wp-2467-2017 of Competent jurisdiction. We have gone through the copy of the FIR annexed at Exhibit-A to the petition. The FIR disclose allegations against the present petitioner under Section 498-A as well as the allegations under Section 323, 504 and 506. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is no specific allegation against some of the petitioners and no specific role has been attributed to them and their implication in the complaint is only with a purposes to harass and humiliate them. We do not find substance in the said contention of the petitioner as perusal of the first information report would reveal that there are allegations rectum against the accused persons in regards to demand of dowry and harassment of the complainant for not satisfying the said demand. The veracity of those allegations cannot be gone at this stage.
3.
In light of the above we cannot entertain this petition. The same is dismissed.
