Mr. Sabrad, the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to amend the petition thereby deleting prayer clauses (b) and (c) and substitute it by a new prayer (b). Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

Having herd the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned AGP, we deem it fit to dispose of the present petition by directing Respondent No.5 to decide the Petitioner's application dated 28 March

2/2 wp.7763-2016 2016, copy of which is at Exhibit-D, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of this Order. Order accordingly.

It is made clear that, we have not gone into the merits of the matter and Respondent No.5 shall decide the said application independently and on its own merits and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the concerned.
