According to the petitioner, by order dated 30 January 2020 passed below Exhibit 10, Family Court granted visitation rights. The order is not complied with by the respondent/wife. 2.

According to respondent/wife, she is complying with the order.

The petitioner has filed applications below Exhibits 24, 28, 36 and 38 before the Family court for enforcement of order dated 30 January 2020. Therefore, it would be in the interest of justice that the Family Court be directed to decide all four applications on its own merits. If it is found that the respondent/wife has willfully disobeyed the order, appropriate orders shall be passed by the Family Court.

Considering the dates of filing of the applications, the Family Court shall endeavor to decide all four applications within eight weeks from today.

The contempt petition stands disposed of in above terms. No costs.
