Heard. By this First Appeal the Appellant challenges the judgment and decree dated 06.08.2001 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Nasik in Misc. Application No.334/1994 setting aside the order passed by the learned Charity Commissioner in Revision Application No.1/1994 directing deletion of the names of Respondent Nos.1 to 3 as trustees of the Trust was set aside.

The learned counsel for the Appellant submits that during pendency of the First Appeal, all these Respondent Nos.1 to 3 expired. Hence, in view of the subsequent development, nothing survives in the First Appeal.
