In response to the Court's query, learned APP informs that the charge-sheet / final report shall be submitted within a period of six weeks from today. Since the statement is made on instructions, same is accepted.

In view of the aforesaid statement and having regard to the arrest of the Accused Nos. 2 and 3, learned Counsel for the Petitioner made a motion on instructions for withdrawal of the Writ Petition. 3.
