By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner challenges the order dated 31.03.2016 passed by Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Pune allowing Respondent's Application below Exhibit-25 in Regular Civil Suit No. 1447 of 2015 holding that Civil Court has jurisdiction to entertain the Suit. That Application was under section 9A of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 In view of subsequent development i.e. deletion of section 9A of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, nothing survives in the present Writ Petition.
