DATED : 5th JULY, 2022 P.C:- By the present two applications, the applicant seek transit bail, since he is apprehending his arrest on summons being issued by SIT, Ahmedabad u/s.160 Cr.P.C and in another case on a notice being issued by EOW, Ahmedabad City on 17/6/2022. As far as summons u/s.160 Cr.P.C is concerned, the applicant was intimated that there is an allegation against him that he has played a fraud by not paying the amount on purchase Tilak

2/2 904 905 ABA 1798-22.doc of goods for his shop "Inderkumar Kisandas Ahuja". The summons directed his appearance on 10/5/2022. The learned counsel for the applicant submit that his Advocate had responded to the said summons on 23/6/2022. Admittedly, the applicant has not responded to the said summons.

In another case, the applicant is issued a notice by EOW on 17/6/2022, asking him to personally remain present in the office of Crime Branch, Ahmedabad City within a period of one week.

The applicant took no steps, except the responding through the learned Advocate. He is apprehending his arrest and stated that he is not even being supplied with the necessary documents.

On perusal of the application and the notices/summons received by him, he had sufficient tme to approach the appropriate Court in Ahmedabad City, seeking his protection. Instead, he has approached this Court, seeking transit bail.

No case is made out for granting the transit bail. Both the applications are rejected.
