2) This is an application for cancellation of Anticipatory Bail granted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Borivali Division in ABA No. 619 of 2022.

3) From the perusal of the order, it appears that the learned Additional Sessions Judge was persuaded to grant the anticipatory bail as the matter was referred to mediation and pursuant thereto the terms of settlement were arrived at between the parties.

5) Keeping open the liberty to the applicant to seek appropriate relief before the Court of Sessions, the application stands disposed.
