Learned Counsel for the Applicant submitted that during the pendency of the Petition Respondent - State Government issued certain Government Resolutions. It is submitted that the Government Resolutions is not in consonance with the policy of the State Government. 2.

Learned AGP orally objected to the leave for amendment submitted that the issue involves financial implications and as such, the State Umesh Malani

Be that as it may, as there is no reply filed to the Petition till date, the Petitioner is permitted to amend the Petition. 4.

Needles to state that, the amended copy of the Petition be supplied and served on the Counsel appearing for the Respondents. 6.

Replies, if any, be filed within four weeks thereafter. 7.

Post the Petition for further consideration on 03rd January, 2022. 8.

The Interim Application for amendment is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
