By the present Interim Application, the Appellant/ Applicant seek stay to the effect, operation, execution and implementation of the impugned Judgment and Award dated 04.02.2020 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Mumbai in M.A.C.P. No. 289 of 2013. Arguing that there is a good case on merits for the Appellant, the stay is sought by ATUL GANESH KULKARNI Date:
