On expressing my disinclination to entertain the application on it's merit, learned senior counsel Mr.Mundargi seeks liberty to withdraw the application.

He, however, would submit that the daughter of the applicant is suffering from an ailment, which requires his attention, and since even his wife in incarcerated, he shall be granted liberty to move the application seeking his release on the ground of illness of his daughter.
