Petitioner, complainant, who filed C.R. No.131 of 2019, dated 25th July 2019 registered with Panvel Taluka Police Station, District Raigad, under Sections 354, 509, 500 & 506 of Indian Penal Code, culminated into C.C. No.1100 of 2019, against Respondent No.2, has filed present Petition for quashing of the said crime.

In paragraph Nos. 6(b) and 6(c) of the Petition, the Petitioner has stated that, she and Respondent No.2 are good friends and are Law Professors. That, the said complaint was filed by her due to 1/2

DAE 67-WP-2710-2022.doc misunderstanding and communication gap between them. They have now settled the matter amicably. The misunderstanding and communication gap has been resolved amicably between them. She has given her 'No Objection' for quashing of the said C.R. No.131 of 2019 registered with Panvel Taluka Police Station, District Raigad, culminated into C.C. No.1100 of 2019 pending on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class at Panvel, District, Raigad.
