1] Mr. C. R. Naidu submits that vide order passed in Civil Application No.704 of 2017, he has already been permitted to be discharged from the appearance.

2] When the matter was called out on 20th April 2018, none appeared for the Petitioner. As such, it was directed to be kept today for dismissal. Today also, though the matter is kept for dismissal, none appears for the Petitioner. The Petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
