Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

This application is for carrying out appropriate amendment in cause title of First Appeal as well as pending Civil Application by providing present correct address of respondents.

Advocate for the applicant made a statement across the bar that he wants to carrying out amendment within one week.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order:

A) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer Mohite 1/2

"(a) By Order of this Hon'ble Court W 61, 'S' Block, M.I.D.C., Bhosari, Pune 411 026 shall be taken as the address of all the Respondents in Civil Application No.4783 of 2013, Civil Application No.4784 of 2013 and First Appeal No.(stamp) 30553 of 2013.

(b) By Order of this Hon'ble Court fresh Notices be issued to all the Respondents in Civil Application No.4783 of 2013."

B) Applicant to carry out appropriate amendment within one week from today, failing which Civil Application shall stand dismissed without referring back to the court.

C) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
