This is the third bail application preferred by the applicant. 2.

Learned APP, at the outset, submits that 36 witnesses have been examined in the case, till date and only four witnesses are left to be examined and that the four witnesses to be examined are, (1) Dhananjay Yadav, Nodal Officer of TATA Docomo, (2) Dr. Satyaprakash Balwant, attached to Rural Hospital, Guhagar, (3) Dattatray More, (4) Mr. Shivaji Patil, Investigating Officer. Learned APP has tendered a report to that effect. The said report is dated 28th January, 2023. The said report is taken on record. In the said report, it is further stated that all the said four witnesses will be examined in February, 2023.

Considering that the trial is at the fag end, it is not necessary to consider the bail application of the applicant. Suffice to state, that the learned Judge, seized of the said case, to dispose of the same, as expeditiously as possible and in any event, preferably, on or before 31st March, 2023.

Application is accordingly disposed of.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the application and the learned Judge, to decide the case on its own merits.
