P.C.:- This is an Application for recalling of Order dated 5th September, 2019 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I). By the said Order, the Registrar (Judicial-I) had directed the Petitioner to remove office objections within a period of four weeks, failing which registration of Writ Petition (Stamp) shall stand refused.

Admittedly, the Petitioner did not remove office objections within stipulated period and therefore the Petition stands dismissed for non removal of office objections.

For the reasons stated in the Application and in the interest of justice, I am inclined to condone the delay subject to condition that the Applicant shall pay cost of Rs.3,000/- to the Kirtikar Law Library, High Court, Mumbai within a period of two weeks from today. Subject to payment of cost, delay is condoned and Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).

Petitioner is directed to remove office objections, if not removed earlier, within a period of four weeks from the date of payment of cost.
