The petitioner has challenged the Order dated 27th October, 1995 whereby the Addl. Commissioner had stayed the operation and execution of Order dated 21st January, 1994. The said order was passed in revision application. The parties were directed to verify whether the revision is pending or the same is disposed of. Both the parties have not verified the said fact.
