1] By this application, the applicant prays for recalling of the order of this Court dated 13.4.2016, by which the petition was dismissed for non prosecution. It is also claimed that the delay of 46 days be condoned. Reasons leading to the dismissal of the petition have been set out in the application.
2] Learned Asst. Public Prosecutor for the non-applicant State opposes the application on the ground that reasons cited are not satisfactory.
