The learned APP submist that the Anticipatory Bail Application bearing No. 1089 of 2020 was already disposed of during the pedency of this application vide order dated 30 March 2022 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Dindoshi, Mumbai. He also tendered a copy of the said order and submits that nothing survives in the present Criminal Application. 3.

In view of this, the Application stands dismissed as infructuous.
