In view of the earlier noting of this Court dated 15.7.2015 the matter is taken today. Today the applicant in person present and stated that he wants to withdraw the present application for transfer. He further stated that he may take recourse for transfer of the proceedings by filing appropriate application before the concerned District Court or he may choose to continue with the matter which is pending before the concerned Court. In view of this submission, present application is allowed to be withdrawn and accordingly disposed of.
