1) The learned APP, on instructions, submitted that in pursuance of the order dated 23/8/2016 the applicant has attended the Investigating Officer on the stipulated dates and has cooperated in the process of investigation. That the police have also seized the necessary and relevant documents from the concerned authority. She further, on instructions, submitted that in view of the peculiar facts of the present case, the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary.

2) In view of the above, the interim relief granted by an order dated 23/8/2016 is hereby confirmed. However, the applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer as and when called for between 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. till filing of the charge-sheet. It is needless to

2 /2 909-aba-1100-16.doc mention that before calling the applicant to the police station, the concerned police officer shall issue a notice under section 160 of Cr.P.C.
