This application is taken out for restoration of Criminal Application no. 1148 of 2016. In the said application, on 2nd March 2017, this Court passed following order :

"Time to supply a spare copy of the Application is extended by a period of three weeks from today. If spare copy is not supplied within the stipulated time, the Application shall stand dismissed for non-prosecution wihtout further reference to the Court. If spare copy is supplied within the stipulated time, notice be issued in terms of the order dated 18th January 2017, returnable on 13th April 2017." 2.

The learned counsel for the Applicant could not supply spare copy within the stipulated time and therefore in terms of the self-operative order, said Application stood dismissed for non prosecution.
