The aforestated applications for intervention are filed by the original complainant in CR No. I-169/2015 registered with Dahanu Police Station, District Palghar. For the reasons stated in the respective applications, both the applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The applicants in ABA No. 514 of 2016 and 306 of 2016 are hereby directed to implead the original complainant Parvez K. Raili as the respondent no.2. The amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and the copy of amended application be served upon the learned counsel for the original complainant within the said stipulated period.
