Learned APP has produced communication dated 18/12/2019 received from Thane Central prison. It is taken on record as exhibit "A". 2.

The communication shows that infront of jail on 23/7/2018 there was some confrontation with police and the prisoner was killed in it. 3.

In view of this position, we dispose of the petition as infructuous.
