By this application, the applicant has prayed for deleting name of respondent No.1 from array of the respondents on the ground that respondent No.1 has died leaving behind respondents No.2 to 4 as the only surviving heirs and legal representatives. As respondents No.2 to 4 are already on record, the prayer is made for deleting respondent No.1.

In view thereof, C.A is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs. Amendment shall be carried out within one week from today and amended slip shall be made over to the other side during this period. Order accordingly.
