This is an application received from jail. The applicant in the present application has prayed that he may be discharged from the offence being Crime No. 92 of 2011 dated 11.9.2011 registered at Talasari Police Station, District-Thane.

It is the contention of the applicant that he has been falsely implicated in the case by the police. The learned APP on instructions from the Investigating Officer submits that in the present case the chargesheet has already been filed on 4.7.2012 and the matter is pending for trial.

In view of above, the applicant is at liberty to file discharge application before the concerned Court, if he so desires. The Application filed under Section 482 of Cr.

Dond appln.396-2015.sxw P.C., for discharge therefore, cannot be entertained at this stage since the chargeesheet is filed on 4.7.2012. The Trial Court is hereby directed to expedite the trial of the applicant.

With above directions, the Application is disposed of.
