This application is received from the prison. The Applicant is undergoing imprisonment for life and is lodged in Nashik Road Central Prison. It is submitted by him that a criminal case is pending against him in Dhola Thana North 24 pargana (West Bengal) and he is not being produced before the concerned court. 2.

In my opinion, he should write a letter to the Sessions Judge of Dhola Thana North 24 pargana (West Bengal), who can take care of his grievance.
