The applicant, who is facing trial in MCOC Special Case No.8 of 2013 has sought expeditious disposal of application at Exh.56 filed in the said case.

Mr. Joshi, the learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the grievance of the applicant is that he was handcuffed and that application filed by the applicant, bringing the said fact to the notice of the special court, has not been decided till date.

Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State and also

jsn 6 APPLN No.398_2015 having perused the allegations made in the application, in my considered view, this application can be disposed of by directing the learned MCOC Special Court to dispose of the application at Exh.56 filed by the applicant in MCOC Special Case No.8 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible and in any event within one month from the date of the receipt of the order and in the event, if the said application is not already decided.

Application stands disposed of accordingly.
