The complainant respondent No.2 in the present application has filed an affidavit which is tendered today in the Court stating that the accused and the complainant are relatives and they have decided to settle the matter in between amicably. Accordingly, she has executed a deed of confirmation on 22.08.2016 in favour of applicant No.1 and also other deed of confirmation in favour of applicant No.2 on of the same date. It is claimed that the parties have settled the matter in between. In view thereof, the ad-interim protection passed by this Court to the extent of clause (i) in the order dated 01.07.2016 in the terms of, stands confirmed.
